Focus and Scope
The focus of the Bulletin is the prehistory of eastern Asia (east of 70ยบ longitude) and the Pacific region. Regions thus defined include South Asia, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania (the latter including Australasia). The Bulletin aims to maintain regular scholarly communication between researchers in these regions, and has published many papers from our 4-yearly international congresses. BIPPA also considers papers on all apects of Indo-Pacific palaeohistory, from archaeological, biological and linguistic perspectives.

Peer Review Process
Papers that pass preliminary editorial inspection are submitted for review to two readers qualified in the subject area of the submission.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
